Engaged | Davis & Matt

He pursued her for a year.  And it wasn't that he wasn't a nice guy, she just wasn't interested.  But they continued to get to know each other and one day, her heart changed.  And even though they were now dating, Matt didn't stop pursuing Davis.  Each month, on the day they became official, Matt would surprise her with flowers on her desk in class, or do something special that she wasn't expecting.

So, when he took her to the Botanical Gardens on one of these days, she thought nothing other than, "This is so Matthew!" Even when they reached the gazebo that was decorated in pictures of them and daisies outlining a rose petal filled heart, she just thought it was "Matthew being sweet Matthew."  It wasn't until he started telling her how much he loved her and got down on one knee that she realized this was more than he'd ever done before.

You two are so special and so beautiful, inside and out.  I am so honored and blessed that I get to capture the beginning of your forever together this June as you become man and wife.  Matt, just promise me that you will never stop pursuing Davis... it may be extra work as time goes on, but it's so incredibly worth it!
