Sweet Caroline

Caroline and I have been trying to get together for a while now and finally the weather was great, the grass was green and there were leaves on the trees! Caroline is a senior at Boiling Springs High and is so stinking cute! I love her and her personality and her spunk. Good luck with the rest of your senior year!!

Engaged: Anderson & Laura

Just a short sneak peak at Anderson and Laura's e-session. I had SO much fun with them! Of course, you would have to be a rock about 30 feet below the ground to not have fun with these two. I can't wait to share more of the pictures as I work on them!

Black and White

Cristie and her family wore black and white for the photoshoot which just emphasized the awesome B&W pictures that we got out of the shoot. Some of them still look great in color though!

Abstract

Well, these are kind of abstract. Regardless, they're my favorite non-traditional ones from a shoot I did in January (yes, I'm a little behind) for some friends I know from work. I'll be sure to post some of the more traditional ones later.

Judith

I have known Judith since she was 3. And now she is a young woman at Winthrop! I've had the honor of doing pictures for her over the past few years and I hope to put up a collage in the future of the pictures I've done of her over the years. She's always been such a pretty girl, but the person she has become makes her beautiful!

Our Nation's Capital

This Christmas I went up to Washington, DC to see my mom, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Christmas Eve I went to church with mom and luckily had my camera for the candle light service.

Christmas night, mom and I went into the city to do some late night sight-seeing so that I could get a few pictures. Since I have family in DC, I’ve been there and seen the monuments and memorials countless times. But it never fails that I’m always awestruck and filled with pride by the history of our country. These men (and women!) gave a lot for us and I was excited to be able to capture some of that with these monuments and memorials this past Christmas.

La Crêperie

When I was in D.C. for Christmas, my beautiful "sister" took me to a creperie and it was delicious.
You can check out her fashion blog at http://la-rue-neuve.blogspot.com/. Not only is she gorgeous but she's got a LOT of fashion sense!!
Just outside of the crêperie was an ice skating rink and I couldn't help but watch these two little girls. How precious is this??

Take me back...

... to December 2008!  I'm finally catching up and wanted to share some pictures of our trip downtown with some friends from Ukraine.  They were in town for a couple of weeks for work and to visit family.  A trip to the upstate in South Carolina isn't complete without a trip to downtown Greenville!

I'm a Greenville, SC based wedding and portrait destination photographer who loves to be behind the lens. I look forward to hearing what you think about the posts and images as I work with amazing people to capture life and give them images they love.
